Admission Policy:
- PK Cyber reserves the right to grant or refuse admission to any individual.
- Former applicants or students who have lost good standing may be denied re-entry or may have conditions placed on readmission.
Class Scheduling and Attendance:
- Classes are scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- A class timetable will be provided before the start of each course.
- It is the student’s responsibility to attend all classes.
- Class timings will not be adjusted to accommodate students’ other commitments.
Payment Policy:
- The fee once paid is non-refundable.
- We allow students to pay in installments, but the amount paid is non-refundable.
- Payments can be made through MPESA till number: 942 6609 or in cash.
Refund Policy:
- If a student decides not to continue with classes after paying either installment fees or the full payment, please note that the amount is non-refundable.
Behavior and Conduct:
- Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
- Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to, use of foul language, harassment, or any form of discrimination, will not be tolerated.
- Any student found engaging in misconduct may face disciplinary action, including expulsion from the program, at the discretion of PK Cyber management.
Use of Facilities and Equipment:
- Students are responsible for the proper use and care of all facilities and equipment provided by PK Cyber.
- Any damage caused to the facilities or equipment due to negligence or misuse will result in the student being held financially liable for repair or replacement costs.
Intellectual Property and Copyright:
- Students must respect intellectual property rights and refrain from engaging in any activities that infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other forms of intellectual property.
- Unauthorized copying or distribution of software, course materials, or any other copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.
Data Security and Privacy:
- Students are expected to adhere to strict data security and privacy practices.
- Any unauthorized access to, or misuse of, computer systems, networks, or data will result in immediate termination of enrollment and may lead to legal consequences.
Health and Safety:
- PK Cyber prioritizes the health and safety of its students and staff.
- Students must comply with all health and safety regulations, including fire safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Feedback and Grievances:
- PK Cyber welcomes feedback from students regarding the training program and facilities.
- Students are encouraged to communicate any grievances or concerns promptly to the management for resolution.
Code of Ethics:
- Students are expected to adhere to a code of ethics that promotes honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of their training and interactions within the PK Cyber community.
- Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated.
Changes to Policies:
- PK Cyber reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time.
- Students will be notified of any changes to the policies, and it is their responsibility to familiarize themselves with the updated policies.
By enrolling in PK Cyber Cafe Computer Training, students acknowledge and agree to comply with these additional policies in addition to the previously mentioned ones. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment.
